Apartment Melior-1 in Calpe.

We rested at Melior-1 Calpe for a week in May 2019. The apartment is located in a quiet location 50 meters from the sea. I liked everything: the location, modern equipment (air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator, TV, dishes, WI-FI, etc. – everything is there), comfortable beds, friendly staff ready to help us at a convenient time. The door creaked- they immediately fixed it, asked for an extra blanket- no problem!. That’s what was missing – so it’s a mirror (only in the bathroom), but that’s for someone…

We had a view of the sea- I advise you. We were surprisingly lucky with the weather – we sunbathed and even swam! There are sun loungers in the apartment for this purpose. Sandy beach with a wonderful entrance to the water (suitable for children)- right in front of the windows. The apartments are located in the heart of the cozy town of Calpe, close to a lot of cafes and restaurants, shops (supermarket is a few steps away). Nearby is the Peñon de Ifach Nature Park, which can be reached on foot along the well-groomed promenade, having a cup of coffee on the way or having a snack in one of the many cafes.

In addition to beach holidays, the place is very suitable for cultural and historical tourism: Valencia, Alicante, Benidorm, the fabulous city-museum of Guadalest – all this (and much more) can be visited by staying in Calpe. It is best to do this by renting a car at the airport of Alicante or Valencia. It takes about an hour to drive from Alicante to the apartments along a modern highway. From Valencia – about 1.5 hours. (If desired, you can also get there by public transport). Of course, we couldn’t see everything during the week, so we will definitely return and stay again at Melior-1, on a quiet street, where we felt like visiting our relatives – we were so kindly received in this wonderful place.

Melior-1 apartments are suitable for families with children, for romantic vacations, for the elderly, and for young people – they are so well located and equipped. I advise everyone.
