Booking Terms and Conditions
The prices shown on the Website are per apartment per day.
Your personal data will receive the treatment that corresponds to them according to the data protection law, and in no case will be transferred to third parties for any type of commercial or other action.
It is possible to cancel a reservation earlier than 30 days before arrival with a refund. 30 days before arrival, the reservation must be paid and upon cancellation less than 30 days the payment is not refundable.
Requests for high, low floors… or other specific requests will be taken into account, however they are only confirmed if there is an opportunity.
When you arrive, you must leave a deposit of 200 euros in case of unforeseen situations. The deposit will be returned to the credit card within 7 days after departure after checking the condition of the apartment.
Check in the apartment from 15.00 – 20.00. Departure from the apartment until 11.00 am.
Arriving between 20:00 to 22:00 will be paid 15 euros and later than 22.00 will be paid 50 euros to the person who will give you the keys.
It is not allowed to accommodate in the apartment the number of people exceeding the maximum set.
Check the availability through the website menu until you will find the one that best suits what you want.
Once you have located the accommodation, click on the booking link and fill in the form that appears to formalize the request.
As soon as possible, once we have received the request, we will reply by email, indicating if the accommodation is available for the requested dates or offering an alternative.

We will be waiting for you either in Melior apartments: calle Cronista Pedro Pastor, 3 or in Calpe beach apartments: Avenida Valencia, 14 depending on your Booking.
You should leave before 11 a.m. The damage deposit will be returned to your credit card within 8 days after your leaving when we check the conditions of the apartment.
The rules of the Melior residence
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
- It is forbidden to make parties, behave loudly in the apartments and create situations of conflict with neighbors.
- No noise is allowed between 22:00 and 09:00 in the morning.
- We would appreciate leaving dishes washed after breakfast and throwing away garbage on the day of departure.
- Arriving 20.00 to 22:00 will be paid 15 euros and from 22:00 to 10:00 in the morning 50 euros will be paid to the person who will give you the keys.
- It is possible to book a late departure for an additional cost of 15 euros. This service is available upon request and subject to availability.
Frequently asked questions
The cleaning of the apartment is mandatory and is paid separately. The cleaning of the one-bedroom apartment costs 39 euros, for the two-bedroom apartment the price will be 49 euros.
The sheets and towels cost 9 euros per person. In case you do not need them, you can bring your own.
Arriving outside office hours between 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. will be paid 15 euros and from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the morning 50 euros will be paid to the person who will give you the keys.
It is possible to book a late departure for an additional cost of 25 euros. This service is available upon request and subject to availability.
Baby cot 10 euros per stay
Parking costs 10 euros per night, it is not possible to book before arrival.
Extra beds are not available.

- You have received your reservation number after your completing booking.
- Within 3 next days you should pay 30% down payment of the total price and you will receive the booking confirmation.
- The next 20% (or full payment if you wish) you should pay in 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, in 30 days or more before arrival you have a possibility to cancel your reservation yourself and prepayment will be returned. If your reservation neither has been canceled nor has been paid 30 days before arrival your prepayment will not be refunded because of violation of terms.
- The last 50% you should pay in 15 days before arrival. In case of non-payment your reservation will be cancelled automatically and your prepayment won´t be refunded.
