The apartment is finely furnished and equipped with all appliances.

It consists of a spacious bright living room with open kitchen and equipped with all appliances, a sofa bed for 2 people, a large flat screen TV , one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two separate beds.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment.

The interior decoration of the apartment gives an elegant and sophisticated style enriched with a terrace overlooking the sea and the city, where you can find a breakfast table and chairs for sunbathing.

This apartment is able to accommodate 6 people. It is ideal to spend vacations with family or enjoy with friends. Also, the apartment is perfectly suitable for staying in winter.

Please note the following charges for late check-in: – From 20:00 to 22:00 = 10 EUR – After 22:00 EUR = 50 EUR

Please note that if your stay is less than 8 days, a deposit of EUR 200 will be held on your bank card upon arrival. If the stay is more than 8 days, it must be paid in cash.

Additional cleaning during the stay can be requested for 52 EUR. It is necessary to notify in advance. This property cannot host single parties or similar events.

No check-in available between 02:00AM and 07:00AM.
